** Designer frames come directly from our suppliers (mostly Italy) and usually arrive within 5 days after date of order. If we are notified that a frame is on back order, we will contact you to advise of any potential delays.
*** All Next Day Express order are dispatch via Royal Mail 24 of which the cost is included in the £19 charged for the Next Day Express service.
We currently only dispatch to address within the UK.
If your order does not arrive within the estimated timescales, this may be that the parcel is delayed within the mailing system. We ask that you allow up to 2 weeks (10 working days) before contacting us. If your parcel has not arrived within this time, please contact our customer service team. You will need your order number and the date that your order was dispatched. You will be sent a non-delivery form that we ask you to complete for us to use as evidence of non-receipt in our claim with the courier service used.
Customers own frames sent for reglazing are are sent at the customers own risk. We can not be held responsible if these items go missing in the postal system. All reglaze orders are dispatched by Royal Mail 48.
FAQ's
If the order is unable to be upgraded you can place a new order online with the Next Day Express service and return the original order for an exchange or refund once received.
If you collect your glasses from us the postage paid will be refunded for you. There is no postage charge for Next Day Express orders.
